Worlds: Apart is the new album from eminent Hong Kong-based ambient artist Antarctic Wastelands. Inspired by the infinite expanse of space, juxtaposed with the fragility of life on Earth, the album features collaborations with ethereal vocalists IKSRE and Anita Tatlow as well as fellow ambient artist Be Still the Earth.

Opening with Hello, Worlds, a piece inspired by a new life gazing into the world with innocence and hope, the album journeys through reflective territory (Orbits) before exploring the depths of the unknown (Time, The Void). I Can't Feel You Any More is the emotional climax of the album, the haunting lyric-less vocals gradually fading and disappearing into the ether before the listener is revived with the gentle heartbeat of Subsurface, and yearning yet subtly hopeful lyrics of Farewell, Home.
